パンケーキブーム
Had a great treat yesterday at a small pancake shop in Hamamatsu.
To me, pancake has always been a kinda default meal, something to have when really lazy to cook, a filler of sort, not a real reason to skip a heartbeat.
These days it looks like in every street corner there's a new pancake shop open,
so I had to take a look to see what's the fuss is all about.
...and it was GREAT
light, fun to eat & beautiful to look at, simple yet not.. that got me excited.
No, I will not have pancake on my menu in the near future if at all, but the excitement about making food look & taste good is always an important thing to me. Hope that will translate nicely to y'all, as you come to our cafe for a try.
